Our goal is to assure that through ethical, proactive, and personal service, residential and commercial communities benefit from well maintained property and achieve the greatest possible return on investment.
Access Property Management was founded in 1989 by Wayde Scheffer when he was searching for a property management firm for his own community association. He was looking for a company that provided complete and personalized services, and when he came up empty-handed, Scheffer formed APM to fill this void in the industry.
In May 2005, APM was recognized for its commitment to excellence in the field of property management when it earned the Accredited Association Management Company (AAMC) from the Community Association Institute (CAI). Fewer than 160 management companies nationwide have earned this designation, the hallmarks of which are experience, professionalism, and the continued education and certification of managers.
Today, with 20 years of experience under its belt, APM manages approximately 16,000 units for approximately 95 community associations in New Jersey and eastern Pennsylvania.
APM is unique in that it offers its clients customized services plans structured to provide them with the level of service that best fits their community and budget.
