ACCESS PROPERTY MANAGEMENT EMPLOYEES RECOGNIZED AT CAI ANNUAL AWARDS DINNER

The Community Association Institute (CAI) recognized three Access Property Management (APM) employees at their annual dinner held on Thursday, February 26, in Somerset. APM’s Christine Maldonado was honored along with other committee members for her tireless work with CAI’s Conference and Expo Committee, which was named Committee of the Year. In addition to her work as an active CAI member, Ms. Maldonado also serves as an on-site property manager and recently completed her M100.

Demonstrating their commitment to the industry and advancing their service capabilities, APM managers Karen Gallagher and Mark Watkins were recognized for their recent accreditations. Ms. Gallagher received her Certified Manager of Community Association (CMCA), and Mr. Watkins received his Association Management Specialist (AMS). Ms. Gallagher attended Berkeley College and University of New Jersey and has worked in the property management field for 18 years. Mr. Watkins attended Bloomsburg University and is both an on-site and portfolio property manager who lives in Tinton Falls, NJ. He received his CMCA in 2012.

Nearly 100 percent of APM’s management staff holds certifications through CAI or IREM. “Our property management teams are staffed with enthusiastic and seasoned leaders. We know continuing education is critical to serving our communities and providing our board members with the most current information and best practices available,” said regional VP Louise Krinsky. “We are very proud of Christine, Karen, and Mark.”
