Access Property Management is very pleased to announce that Alex Scheffer has earned the Certified Property Manager® (CPM) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). The CPM designation is viewed as the top credential in the real estate management business for property and asset managers. It reflects the highest level of expertise and integrity of a property manager. Requirements include extensive educational course work through IREM, the successful negotiation of a rigorous case study, and the adherence to a strict ethical code. Other requirements include being endorsed by colleagues and superiors as well as passing the CPM examination.
