Access Property Management announced today that Jenipher Petroski has been appointed Chief Financial Officer of the company.

Jenipher succeeds Andrea Dedrick who will be leaving the company to relocate with her family to Boston.

Jenipher is a strong addition to the team as a licensed CPA in NJ, NY and WA. She most recently worked with Liberty Harbor in Jersey City. Jenipher brings ten years of experience in an Executive level position in the General Contracting, Development and Property Management industries. Prior to moving to New Jersey, Jenipher spent several years in Public Accounting with Johnson & Shute in audit and tax management. She has extensive experience in all aspects of accounting and a high level of expertise in financial preparation, planning and compliance.

Jenipher received her bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance from Washington State University.

The change in the CFO position will become effective immediately, although Andrea will remain with APM until the end of this month to ensure a smooth transition.
