Mary Grill, CPM, ARM, IREM NJ Chapter No. 1 Treasurer continued by speaking about her own experience. Access Property Management’s Roseanne Long spoke directly to current ARM level members about the value of continuing education to achieve the Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation. Roseanne explained that the path to get to the CPM includes several years of experience along with completing an extensive amount of coursework. She continued on to say that these courses directly contribute to her success as a property manager.
