Corner Property Management and Access Property Management came together for our first merged company gathering at a picnic at Old York Cellars in Ringoes, NJ, on Thursday, September 19. The event was a well-coordinated blend of relaxation, team building, and celebration, set against the lovely backdrop of one of New Jersey’s premier wineries.

Old York Cellars, renowned for its views and top-tier wine offerings, provided a relaxing opportunity for employees to meet one another in person. The serene atmosphere and comfortable outdoor seating allowed everyone to unwind and enjoy the scenic views of the sprawling vineyards.
A range of engaging activities were organized to encourage team interaction. Colleagues had ample opportunity to mingle and exchange ideas at this informal get together which allowed the building of rapport across groups.
Overall Experience
This initial event at Old York Cellars was a resounding success. Special thanks to Nicole from First Citizens for her organizational expertise in making this event run so smoothly. The event was not only a refreshing break from the routine, but also an excellent opportunity to strengthen camaraderie within and between the teams.
