Access Property Management is pleased to announce that Karen Kubinak, community manager at Hunter’s Crossing Condominium Association, is a finalist for IREM’s 2021 ARM of the year award.

Each year, this IREM REME award is presented to a manager who has completed the ARM (Accredited Residential Manager) certification and has made notable contributions in their profession. Karen currently supports the local NJ chapter by serving on both the Events and Education committees.
